Workshops & Trainings

We offer workshops and trainings for businesses, firms, educational institutions, mental health and medical providers, administrators, faculty, and staff related to systemic and institutionalized oppression, the effects of racism and racialized violence, culturally responsive healthcare for clients and patients of color as well as the integration of  evidence-based principles, multiculturalism and health/mental health care.

We provide consultation, asssessment and recommendations for academic institutions, hospital systems, law firms, and businesses that are looking to develop and maintain practices related to:

Equitable and Culturally Responsive Hiring Practices

Retention of staff, faculty, associates, and employees of color

Equitable and Culturally Responsive Promotion and/or Tenure Processes

Development of an Affirming Workplace Environment for Employees of Color
